Before starting his own business, Michael Kazma gained invaluable experience working in the retail and service industries. He served as Head Shift Leader at Cold Stone Creamery in Jordan Creek Mall, where he managed a team of 20 employees and honed his leadership and sales skills. At Summit Bar in Iowa City, Michael worked as a Barback, learning the ins and outs of hospitality while improving bar operations. Additionally, his time as a Team Manager at Panera Bread further prepared him for entrepreneurship. In this role, he supervised staff, analyzed performance metrics, and managed food inventory, all while ensuring that customer satisfaction remained a top priority.
